I have chosen you one of these dishes. I hope you like it.

Kilo minced lamb
Teaspoon salt, teaspoon spices
1 / 2 hanging small red pepper
1 / 4 teaspoon cinnamon.
1 / 2 small hanging Black Pepper.
1 / 2 kilo of sour cherries.
2 cup sugar, 2 cups water.
The amount of oil for frying.
Remove seeds and cherries soaked the seeds in two cups of water.
Then rub well and aimed to be kept only with water.
Cherry kernels stripped of seeds with the water and sugar in a saucepan and cook over the fire for 10 to 12 minutes
Mix the meat with salt, pepper, and red and black pepper and cinnamon.
Prepare small balls the size of grains of cherry mixture of meat.
Wet hands with water,in order to avoid sticking meat hands.
Fry meat in oil, then add the cherries to the mix and cook together until the sauce gets thicker.
Cut bread into squares, placed in the bottom of the dish
Spoon meat mixture over it Serve hot cherries
